Inside Out Juniors has been in existence under its current name since 1996. Prior to 1996 the AAU Volleyball club in the greater Muskegon area was operated under the name of Port City Juniors and ran its practices out of the local high schools. Upon completion of the Inside Out Volleyball facility Port City Juniors became part of that club and the name was changed to Inside Out Juniors.  Inside Out Juniors also runs a satellite program out of Morley Stanwood High School in an effort to provide players from that area an opportunity to play on club teams while minimizing their travel for weekday practices.
